CI Lizards paper is out

We conducted a comparative mtDNA phylogeographic study of three lizard species on the Channel Islands of Southern California. We find unique evolutionary histories and patterns of colonization, as well as evidence for movement by humans to and among islands

Clare wins Best Poster in Natural Science at the Pacific University Research Conference (and gets to tell the new Pacific President all about it!)

Clare wins the Storer Award

Clare Yang won the ASIH Storer Award for Best Student Poster in Herpetology at JMIH 2022 in Spokane, WA. Clare presented her senior thesis research on the origin of disjunct populations of Oregon Slender Salamanders in the suburbs of Portland. Well-deserved and a huge congratulations!
